When my plant was just a spout I was looking at the 1st set of 3's in the leafs and i crushed the leaf with my finger and the the sporting leaf that was under that one but its not affected the growth at all and the leafs that were crushed are starting to turn a little yellow but every other leaf...

That sounds like a standard grow closet just make sure your plants get proper ventilation, oh yeah and better off then white walls or tin foil go ahead and by some mylar its better and doesn't make annoying noises when you crinkle it proven more reflective
