Its definitely not bugs. Here are some better pics of the plant, including pics of the problem areas, and some of the healthier areas. I watered today with some pH'ed light 20-20-20 solution.

I water everyday if possible and the temps havent gotten too low outside yet. Lows of 9 at lowest but mid teens on average. I will try pH adjusting my water and slowly feeding the plant in question some 20-20-20, hopefully things will begin to look better.

The 15-30-15 bloom nute is just some no name stuff that my local store sells (the name on the label being the name of the hydro store). They recommended using it so i bought it but have only fed the plants with it 3 or 4 times.

If it is a pH issue then simply pH'ing the water to around 6.5 before watering should correct the issue correct?
