Could be a lack of nitrogen during the growth spurt in early flowering, if you switched to a flowering formula with a higher PK ratio. It's not a big problem they will continue to yellow and eventually fall off or you can cut them. At this point they have been on 12/12 long enough the growth...

I have my 5 plants under a 400 HPS on a 12-34-12 better bloom nutrient and they're about 3 1/2 weeks into 12/12, and the stretch is mostly finished now. Just hoping for some recommendations on NPK ratio's for finishing flowering, and possibly brands, +rep, cheers!

Either your really really high, or it could be from watering you're seeing the perking up and down, maybe even some swelling of the buds if the time between your watering is long enough

You said you were 4 weeks into flowering? where did you take those leave cuts from? If your using a higher ratio of P in your NPK already it could be a lack of nitrogen, and some of the lower leaves are dying off prematurely...
