Well it doesnt completely kill it, Eagle 20 is a systemic so it stays inside the plant until flush. Suppose to do it twice in veg to try to stop it completely or kill it if you got it. Then once before flower, then its gone while flushing so you come out with clean product free of PM and eagle...
