Is 2700K desired for growing? I thought daylight spectrum 6500K was best.

Not a good idea, but my guess is 7 weeks.

"My plant is about a month and a half 12/12 from seed". Not exactly sure what this means. You will start to see pistils two weeks or so after light is changed to 12/12. These are the start of buds. When you change the light to 12/12, the plant (leaves and all) will continue growing 2-3 X...

Soil composition is a critical issue. I would repot again using perlite ^^^as he said^^^ and maybe a little peat moss too. Use lots of perlite. I use about 8-10%!! Good luck.... EDIT: don't forget 10% lime with the peat moss.

Check out supper cropping also. Ifn you have lateral space!!
