So i have plants in my green house outside and its about 46 degrees out, soo there gonna stop producing then?

I have a plant cut up and drying in a 2x6 closet, it stays dark all the time and about 65 degrees. I have a little 6 inch fan blowing air around in there but no doors are open and no outside air coming in. Will my plants get mouldy? And is that enough ventilation for my buds. Thanks
