Haha ok thanks, i am a first timer after all. Only thing is like i said, even the newest leaves have yellow tips, u probably cant see it in the photos but its happening. As soon as they're big enough to see u can see the yellow tips. Still a medium problem u rate?

Could it not be burn from my three lamps?? I know CFL's are cool and burning isnt too much of a worry but they're close and the box is wrapped in foil? Doesnt feel too much warmer in there than room temp, i rate about 28C (82F), but maybe the lights are too close?

Not that i know of.... there is a big nursery up the road tho, im sure they'll have stuff i need. Problem is, im in South Africa and half the nutes, soil etc u guys talk about we dont get out here. Most likely got the equivalent just gotta look around

Yeah its compost like from a big heap. When i started feeding it nutes, i crushed some up and mixed it with water and fed it, that should have been taken up pretty quick right? Yeah the soil looks rough in the pictures, thats just some big stuff on top, below that is some proper soil like stuff...

Btw the medium im using is just some good ol compost from a compost heap up the road. It was free and looked like really good shit. Water runs through it very easily, even just one cup of water and its running out the bottom of the pot. Could this be a factor?
