hey guys, im growing for personal use, and i live with my mom and brother. im using 2 fluorecents (15W 120V, 13W 115V), do you think that it would be noticeable on the bill? i know its not a lot of power used, but i just wanna make sure.

is it bad if i switch from 19/5 to 24/0 and change it back after 3 days? they are under CFLs if that makes a difference. and also is it a good idea to do this while they still are little sprouts (about a week and 2 days since they've been planted after germination)? does continuous light help...

if its not water soluble then should i just not use it? because i dont want to take any chances and over fertilize it. does anyone have any suggestions on which fertilizer i should use that is easy to get my hands on? like something that works good and can be found in any walmart, or canadian...

do you have any suggestions on how to apply it? there isnt really any directions besides pull of the tab on the top, poke it into the soil, and it will release some of it daily.
