Cool, I just need to know about bulbs I can use indoors without the need for a balast. I've done organic out in the green house, but since it's getting to winter I'd like to use lights. I only grow one to two at a time....

Just a quick question, can some one recommend a decent grow light that does not require a balast. Preferably a MH. And also, does anyone know the light spectrum of day light lights (the ones used to mimic sunlight and are used to treat SAD). Are they mainly red or blue? Thank you.
