Herbies were awesome, got 4 free feminised and 5 regular seeds with my order as well for once I get this grow under my belt. Any reccomendations on cheap effective soil available in the UK ?

any estimates on yield for the 12 ? plan on doing 18/6 in 3 gallon pots with lowlife ak47 and fox farm ocean forest and the light mentioned above. I know it's not the easiest question to answer because of all the different factors but was just wondering if anyone had any rough numbers ?
