Thanks guys for the feedback, I've raised the plants and they are now 2 inches away from the bulbs. How long should I wait before re-watering?

Shouldnt be nutrient burn, only started adding a really diluted amount of 20/20/20

Not sure what the problem is, but today I woke up and found that the plants were shriveling up. What do you guys think? Set up is 2x 1000 Lumens CFL 23 Watt bulbs 6500k colouration Distance from the plants to the lights is about 8 inches Soil was dry before I watered and took the pictures...
