Yeah, these bulbs could be a total waste of time and $$. Who know's what's really affecting the growth? I'd like to run a full veg and bloom cycle under 6500/2700k bulbs, then the same conditions under PAR bulbs to get an decent comparison. Good luck DO3SHA, may the T5s treat you well.
