I have unfortunately been on Seroquel for about 5 years now. Doseage is around 400mg/nite and b4 you can say "Oh Shit", You have developed a bitch of a tolerance to it. Decreasing the dosecan be scary to say the least. Stay away from this antiphycotic cuz you will regret it...maybe not at first...
