When you say dry trimming.... Do you also leave the fan leafs for the dry?? Or do you just leave the sugar leafs and trim them after the dry? I'm going to try this for my next harvest

I don't think I have any light leak but I figured it was because of all the lockout issues I had.

Good question I'm wondering myself.... I just harvested my first girl and it smelled skunky as shit when I first chopped it, but now it's been in the jar for a couple days after I dried it and it smells like a plant....Doesn't have the typical skunk/weed smell

i'm the opposite....i use air tight mason jars for my street bud. i do notice that it stays fresher and doesn't dry out like bagged weed does. but usually by the time i'm finishing and ounce, i don't notice any "added" potency....but rather i feel i've built a tolerance to that bud....that's...

2 weeks is a bit long.....unless you have really high humidity(which risks bud mold) 7 days should be plenty....if they dry out completely the quality will be shot, and even curing wont be able to fix it. i have a small plant that i let dry for 4 days....and its still a bit moist. the bigger...

i usually wait till they are 3 weeks from breaking soil.....and then start at 1/4 strength and slowly work up to half...

your sure right man....my first harvest.....but my 3rd grow. had 2 unsuccessful attempts be4 this crop. so i would have been happy with a gram-lol

read both sticky's that were suggested before me......very good info. but curing is done AFTER the buds are hung to dry for about 4-7 days depending on your conditions.
