That makes sense. I think I'm going to take the top nugs tonight and just clip the nugs themselves, as opposed to taking the entire branch... as to minimize stress to the plant. I'll try taking the remainder a week or so later.

If I were to take only the top buds down, would I chop the top branches, or simply clip the nugs off the branch? I was thinking about doing that to let the lower branches fully mature.

I have one Blue Dream and four Hawaiian Snow plants that are 8 weeks into flowering. I am going to give the snow another 2-3 weeks, but I was curious if you think the Blue Dream is ready for harvest? I started flushing the last two waterings just to be safe.

I personally would not be concerned. I have a similar setup and my plants started to yellow and eventually turn brown and curl up about halfway through flowering. I attribute it to the buds pulling the nutrients and water from the leaves. The leaves will likely continue to become discolored and...

Agreed. Putting them into flowering right after taking cuttings should be fine. In fact, a lot of growers advocate taking cutting up to 2-3 weeks into flowering. I personally wouldn't take a clone after the 1st week of flowering (once the plant shows its actually flowering).
