Hi, new member here with my 2c: I'm interested in moving to North Bay, too, but I see that Sonoma is the most liberal county in the state. Wouldn't you start there? It allows 6x the amount of grow vs. Napa or Marin. (I don't even understand their laws: "6 mature or 12 immature plants..."...
