Dont rule out N deficiency... If your too negative on the PH, your neg soil could be binding up the nutrients. I've gotten bag soil that was way too negative.... bag soil is NOT all created equal. Not saying its your problem, but its possible.

June F'd me up when we left for 1 week vaca, got back and had 2 wilty survivors. Vigilant eve/night watering kept them going and now lookin' good. Both Fem I guess thats a plus. It was the top and bottom of a split plant. Been messed up weather this year for sure.

I have to agree w/DO3SHA about the 4' bulbs. much better bang for the buck in the long run for lumuen output, and $ per lumen. the 4' bulbs are almost as cheap as the 2', and more readily avail.... If you currently have a 2' system you could always unload that on C'list to buy a 4' or keep the...
