I read something about when fennel flowers it will have some sort of effect on other plants and I cannot afford for that to happen I have alot of veggie in the mix of my garden..so the first sign of flower I would take the flowers off....then I finally decided to yank the fennel a few weeks ago...

I happen to know this one....I planted fennel right next to my 7 1/2 foot sativa and now she has a licorice smell.....I love licorice so this is woorking out...also I had no stunting of growth what-so-ever..............Mine are flowering as we speak....I will let you know if it has a licorice...
