i am going to grow 18 plants in 3x 4 meter room.how many cfl lamps do you recommend?(l have to put them vertical)

can i use 6+130 watt lamps (5100-5300 lumen) instead of 16+42 watt lamps( 2500 / 2400 lumen) in flowering stage?

please someone answer me. . . just tell me is it enough 42 watt 2500 / 2400 lumen cfl for big plant? (2700/6500k)
