Your plants look close to done. You did a good job not overfeeding them, I see almost no burns, I would assume they wanted a little more as they put on weight. I wouldn't change anything just keep going to the end. Do a slurry test and see what your soil has going on inside the pot.

I personally was going to say that it looks like the plant was damaged and that caused it to split. But, looking closer, none of the leaves look right. They look like they don't want to divide properly. Some fingers are fat. Some are barely developed the plant's very freakish and probably not...
