alot of ppl reccomend using hps for flowering altho they r expensive. me personally i have never used anything but fluoros and they work fine but they will never give you as much as a hps. tbh tho im an outdoor grower only dun hydro 2 times, just love the adrenalin from guerilla growin i suppose...

i have seen it done before but you will need to find out which strain of plants only grow up to about 3 foot i have lowryders which are meant to be small plants but probs wouldnt be best suited to inside of a computer tower. also more than likely you will have to crop it alot to keep it minimal...
