I m growing in 10 quart pots. I bought a moisture meter and depend on it to reliably keep my moisture correct. I drilled 2 7/16 holes bout 3 inches above the bottom of the pot, 1 on each side. That way I can monitor my moisture level throughout the depth of the pot. Works for me. Keep it green.

My tap water starts out at 7.8 to 7.9 pretty consistently. I use 4.5 to 4.6 ml of white distilled vinegar and it gets it to 6.2 with or without nutrients. Keep it green.
