there just CFL's 100 watt mostly. Idk why they get so big but its started to become a problem with the one. The biggest sprouted june 22 and the littler one sprouted about memorial day. However i didn't start the small one and it was given to me when it was almost dead.

New Pic update, the plants are doing a little bit better, and i hooked up two more lights to for them. I am about to put them into separate pots and get better soil like tomorrow or something when i get paid.
