I am a new grower but I am using plant magic soil genralhydroponics nutes and 250w hps and 125cfl

Got 250w hps about 2 foot anyway from plant.and got cfl hanging down the.side of the plant 4" away Will this be ok? as I got my temp perfect like this.

How can I keep heat down?? Don't have any money to buy any equipment help??

Might light is.6" above plant it's a hps 250w but to hot should.I just raise the plant up?

I have mine quite high as I have a scrog in there will this matter?

Just changed.125w cfl. Blue spec..to a 250w hps dual giving off 33000 lumens... This be ok?? And what yield to expect ? And will.it make a huge difference if I put a 125w cfl 2700k in Aswell as hps 250w hps dual for flowering?
