by looking at ur picture, I would tighten up your trim on your flowers, the harshness could partially be from a loose trim. but yes they do need to be cured longer as well.

i would still move your power strip as well off the ground. water and electricity don't mix, all it takes is something to leak or spill and u short out your power strip and ballast, buy a little shelf and place all electrical stuff higher then your water level. It will keep your grow space...
