These are about the last 2-3 weeks of flowering stage. I went out to check my plants and one of them was turning a dark purple. is this bad? if it is is there something I could do to fix that? or is it not a problem?

This is about 4-5weeks in and I think my plants are doing quite well for my first time grow. I was wondering what can I do to make my plants more wide and have a bigger yield? I've been topping them as you can probably see and I use nuts. Any other suggestions?
