I think hes saying the k rating. But even then he should be using 6700k not 2700k. No way a cfl puts out that much lumen per watt

I agree. A 42 watt cfl would be good on top but adding side lighting will help with growth and bud development. The more the better as long as u can keep temps low. Also using white paint or mylar on the walls will help. Keep us updated on your grow sutto. goodluck

Looking great for day 5 man. I agree with sppoc, 3 gal grow bags should work out fine for 2-3 foot plants. Home many cfls are you gonna be running after you repot them?

Hey man everything is looking good. Those ladies are gonna look great in a couple weeks. Ill be sticking around to check it out :). I personally would just do a 1/4 strength of your bloom ferts just in case. You can also add more the next week.

Oh and i think you will be fine with 3 gallon pots. How long do you plan to veg?
