Im in my final week of flowering and one of my top cola buds has gone quite crispy dry and looks a little browner than it should. Is this bud rot? Or is it something else? I know pictures will be more helpful so I will put some up tonight.... Really lookin for some advice, I would hate to...

For hydro you want ph between 5.5 and 6 ( I go for 5.8). That should solve your problem. Either that or its lacking in something...

Hey man, dont stress to much. This happened to me. I fixed it by always carefully ph'ing my water. And make sure you let the water you feed your plants sit for 24 hours so that all the chlorine could evaporate. Peace

It seems there are two very different views on this topic. But I am yet to find which one is right.. Should I prune away a few leaves to better expose the bud sites? My understanding is that its the leaves not the buds that absorb the light. Wouldnt trimming leaves do more damage than good...

Ok, my crop will be ready basically on christmas day. Dried and cured. I want to have an oz joint, but dont know where to get papers big enough. Does anyone know where I can get like foot long papers? I just want a good reliable site.

i fimmed ages ago, during flowering. It worked really well I got like 5 tops.. Whats the benefit of doing it in flower? Wont that just stress it and it will put more energy into repair rather than bud growth..

I was thinking of doing a DWC perpetual grow, but after having my first grow at DWC Im thinking I will just stick to soil. Can anyone point me in the direction of a tutorial or something? How long do the clones need to be vegd before going to flower?
