when i looks at a cfl its say 7 watts used 40 watt equivalent do i got by the 7 watts or 40 watts when trying to reach 150w in my box. because that will be allot of light bulbs for just 2 plants

So my box dimensions are 14.5" x 20" x 22" first grow ever just gonna put two plants in there more than enough space for the plant just dont know what lights i need lumes watts etc help please thanks
