    Newbie grow - advice welcome

Lights just came on an hour or so ago. I rearranged the pots, in case the ones on te right were drying faster due to location in the box. They seem to be looking better still today. Oh and I did end up going a tiny heavy on the nutes, I believe anyways that there is a tiny bit of nute burn on...

    Newbie grow - advice welcome

Day 5: lights just turned on. Temps 85 f humidity 50% . Soil still fairly damp from just appearance, think I will wait till at least 8 unless the moisture meter proves me wrong I suppose. Pretty sure I'm going to grab another 4" inline fan to pull more cold air into the box. The air coming...

I love sleep. If I was one of them I'd like 7. Actually, when I set the timer I was just thinking of ambient temps. I was not very easy on them too, so I thought they may enjoy extra rest for recovery. As well I wanted them to come on when I got home from work and worked out. I love the...

    Newbie grow - advice welcome

Day 5: hope they all look like the gg4 soon. Napali pink stunted pretty good it seems, has not moved in a day or 2, or more.. still sending out roots though, so, I have hope for her! 17 - 7 for the lights now My under house intake seems to be working but I think it needs a bigger fan. If that...

    Newbie grow - advice welcome

Yeah for sure, a lot to think about!! I'm just gonna try and keep it simple and not drowned my plants much more. At work now, made a 'light rack' out of PVC. Its really just to keep the spacing on them correct, which I just realized this morning may need a little creativity. ~36 inches of...

    Newbie grow - advice welcome

Thanks and I will take all that into consideration, though I find it hard to think dyna-gro would think I have a 1k watt bulb on a 1 week plant when making their nute schedules. Either way I will definitely keep an eye on that and thanks for the reminder! I did say earlier (but i will update...

Even the worst looking pink one had roots coming out the side of the cube yesterday! I got the PC fan/s hitting the rock wool to hopefully dry it faster so I can get some nutes in

Picture just now. I think they are looking a little better. The pink one is standing up a little straighter, hope that's a good sign. I also turned the pots 180 degrees so the plants may look more different than they should.

    Newbie grow - advice welcome

100% coco, in auto pots. Drainage seems fine but I just top fed only 250ml to the rock wool to each plant. I thought I read a lot of people like just straight coco in autopots. I got a big bag of loose coco I have done a bit of reading on coco already, so, I am somewhat unjustly confident in...

    Newbie grow - advice welcome

Thanks for the links and help! I will check them out for sure and yes I will try and keep the coco from drying out. As of now my pots are still heavyish but it's mostly the bottom 3rd of the pot, that is holding the most water according to the moisture meter!.. the coco was to wet in a pot that...

Lights come back on in a few hours or less so I will get some pics of them then for better help. Also I am using mostly dyno gro nutes with free sample rooting stuff that came with the hlg. Currently only have the one 4k hlg 100 In there but i got 2 more in the 3k version, they should be here...

    Newbie grow - advice welcome

Hi and thanks! There is a gg4, a sherbert, a napali pink, and a one more I cant remeber... strawberry cheesecake! I think.. Only the napali was looking really over watered. What I did was I filled all the pots and rinsed (with distilled water)? the 100% coco but i did not let the coco dry...

Hi anyone, I love cannabis and I giving growing my own another attempt! Not a complete noobie (disregard that), but I have never been able to finish a grow properly. Various reasons. So, here we are on attempt #? and everyone says attempt #? is the one. I'm feeling pretty good about this...

    Did I score big?

Couple pics of the light in my set up. Most the seedlings are Acapulco gold and 1 is a blue dream that I hope is male to cross with the Acapulco gold (Known Strain?).The clones I got last Sunday are and . The clones had really nice looking roots, 4" + coming out of the rock wool, not a lot of...

    Did I score big?

They do have a 10 year warranty but it is non-transferable so I'm out of luck on that. I was checking out the site though and it does say that the bulb only looses 10% power @70,000 hours. Thanks again everyone, I think I will use this thread to throw up some progress reports on my current...
