Ok, so i just replanted the young ones into much larger pots using organic soil mixed with some pearlite i had left over. The brown spots seem to have started to clear up, seems Loki was right. Now i just need to make a new hood that fits over these huge pots :p.

thanks, i was planning to repot soon anyways, i was using the smaller pots so i could fit 6 seedling under the light. These are the three largest plants that i am keeping. Thanks for the heads up with the soil mix.
6 cfls built into a custom hood with 2 roes of 3 cfl's. 4 daylight cfl's and 2 warm cfl's, one on each end. I water a little every other day, sometimes more, sometimes less, kinda go by feel.

There a few weeks old at least, from germination up to now. Slow growing I imagine due to seeds not clones and soil medium with no nutes. But I'm knew to this so I think that's a good thing.
I can't figure out whats wrong with these guys. I thought it was heat damage from being to close to the lights (6xCFL's) but i have raised he lights and he problem persists. Could it be an overall heating issue? I don't think it has anything o do with watering. They are grown in organic soil...
