As title says, I have been thinking about what it would take to open up a dispensary, and someone suggested growing and selling to a dispensary, so it got me to thinking. With the current legal situations, states legalizing and federally still illegal, what is the safest route, legally?

I have also wondered this. I have been reading a little bit, and it seems like it is going to take quite a start up to do it, running in the $100-200k range, if not higher.
