i just put them in the ground from there pot from inside. I should have done a slow transition. What can i do to get them out of the droopiness?

im going to be starting some plants indoors but when the weather gets better i will move them outdoors where it is safer. What are some tips to get the best growth from growing indoors?

That was something that we where afraid of. But its starting to frost and shit here. The bud rot was getting to it also. I can only check it on the weekends bc of college and shit.
