Has anybody here got access to the reporting requirements to HC after you obtain the license and start shipping ? I want to know what detail of monthly reporting will be required ?

20K does not sound too bad, I have heard figures much much higher. The testing for 2700 though, that you may want to haggle down a bit, depending on your volumes of course.

I think you need to have a bit more than that. HC must be pretty happy with all the plans you have brought them for them to give you this go-ahead. I wouldn't call it a pre-approval, but in general terms they must be satisfied with the general setup, people involved, security plans and so...

I second this understanding, this from HC's security guidance document: Back-up mechanisms must ensure that all visual recordings and records of adetected occurrence be retained for two years. These back-up mechanisms mayinclude storing the visual recordings on multiple media devices.
