I used for root riots for my 10 sensi skunk#1 seeds and they all popped, my mate reckon he had better results with rockwool as he tried the riots as well. but I found them great, put mine in 1 liter air pots after tap root and others appeared then I left them 2 weeks and transplanted to 15 liter...

I would leave it and gravity will take place thats how it works in nature, might not grow/sprout as fast as others if you have any for first few days !

Whats your temps and RH in the room and the outside temps in street, sounds like condensation and have you insulated your room with anything?
