Could someone please confirm the method i should use

I have had people tell me that distilled water would be bad for them because it would suck the nutes out of them. But some people also told me to use distilled water though to. I'm kind of confused on what to do.

Okay i turned off one of my two cfls at 850 lumens

i have two cfl bulbs that are 1200 lumens and 6500k and i have two other cfl bulbs that are 850 lumens and 65k. I am growing in the cash crop box as its all i could afford to get started.

So i got more lights as my leaves were curling down and i added 1/8 strength flora bloom and micro when i saw yellowing. The leaves are coming back up but my one plants is actually curling upwards now. can some one tell me how to fix this. The ph is 5.6, the ppm is 176, i used tap water, and...

The ppm is about 260, i made a mistake earlier and was looking at the ec meter.

and i will get distilled water asap to see if that helps

There are no nutes, the ph is 5.6 the ppm is is about 550, i just used tap water but i found i should use distilled water. the lights are 3: 6500k CFL Grow Bulbs

I am growing for the first time and my seedlings are about 6 days old now and about an inch tall, but leaves on two of them are curling down. I imagine this is a problem, could someone please tell me how to fix this? Thanks BnO
