Crazy that this thread was at the top when I logged in jut now. I just had this discussion with a doctor today during my medical card renewal visit. He says the indica vs sativa high is bullshit as well, and that if you feel one way or another its a placebo effect.

Why do you say that? As I said, I've grown this strain in the same exact setup many times with no issues. The only thing different this time was the mildew, and it got fairly bad before I caught it.

For the first time in 10+ years of growing I got a powdery mildew problem that infected my entire tent. I was a little late recognising it because it was just a few white specs here and there, nothing like pictures I've seen. It also seemed to be more concentrated on the parts of the leaves...

I guess I've been lucky. The plant is already in the process of being harvested, I do have one more that was in the same tent I just spent over an hour inspecting...didn't see any but it will be harvest next weekend anyway.

They were on my plant in my flower tent. My old lady has brought home several house plants from friends at her work the last few months, I'm blaming her.

Growing for over 10 years, never had anything other than fungus gnats in my first year. Wtf are these? Didn't find them until I started harvesting one plant, so far they've only been on 3 branches. Buds look fine but I'm sure they're embedded in there somewhere. Can I still smoke? Would freezing...

I defoliate a couple, sometimes three times during flower. I have done side by side comparisons of multiple clones over the last 6 years, the defoliated plants always produce more. The people who argue against it baffle me, I dont understand how they're getting different results than me but oh well.

Semantics. As I said before, yes it contains trace amounts of essential minerals, but it is still considered an inert growing medium.

Jesus Christ. Yes there are trace elements of minerals. It is still inert. Try growing anything in coco without feeding like you do soil for the first couple weeks and let me know how long it stays alive.

From the other thread, here is just the main cola before and after trimming. And this is just the main cola jarred next to it's stalk.

When its dry enough burn well in a joint. I actually let it get a little over-dried, I'm debating on pulling the boveda packs and putting a leaf back in each jar to add a little more moisture. And its all buds clipped off their stalks...I don't jar any stems.
