Thanks for the replies. Trust me its not a fire hazard and the design is great just not for the space i will be using it in. I like the idea of a hid hood that can pull the heat out my room. The design that i did would not work with a flow through design. I am not selling it to rip someone off...

Well here is the story. I put it in my room and it is too hot. I know i can take some bulbs out or put smaller ones in it . But i think i am going to sell it on craigslist . I want to buy a hid. Like some of you suggested. Has anyone had any experience selling stuff like this on craigslist?

I bought 4 bulbs for 5.20 . The hole thing cost less then 35 dollars.

With the fan going i can put my hand on the bulbs and they are just warm.
