In my experience it will diminish over time but the roots will always be a little stained in those spots. Have you had your air stones clog up on you with this tea? I have the micro pore air stones and two of mine aren't pumping out the full amount of bubbles because it seems like they're clogged.

Looks like afterslime to me. Looks like your problem has been corrected. Ok awesome. Does this go away at some point or will my roots always have that now?

Also Heisenberg, just check my roots. I was checking the air stones and noticed that my roots are brown now...looks like the tea particles are sticking to the roots or it stained it. Is this normal and does it go away? I saw in your first post about "after slime" but it doesn't really look like...

Smells very earthy so I think I'm good. Ok, I brewed it for 48 hours, cleaned out all of my buckets and added one cup of tea per gallon. Going to let it sit there for 12 hours like you said before I add nutes. I don't need to adjust Ph right? Ph is at 8.0 with just the tea and RO water Also...

Eeeek...Started the tea before I saw this. I used about 2 teaspoons of the mycogrow for 1 gallon I'm brewing. I know I know..too much. As soon as I added that mycogrow to my bubbling gallon of water, it started foaming...almost over my bucket; had to scoop some of the foam out. It's all good now...

A couple questions for you. I am just doing 3 stand alone DWC buckets and they all have root rot. No. I waited till 5-6 nodes. Set of nodes? I don't know why what you're saying is so confusing. I don't know anything about "sets" of nodes....just nodes. Waited till she grew 5-6 nodes and cut right above the second. So I did follow his advice.

What stage is that? I did exactly what UB said and waited till she got to 5-6 nodes.

So if I were to use the Mycogrow instead, what would be the amount of the mycogrow for the 2 gallons?

Don't scare me now people lol. I cut it right above the second node! My plant was at 6 nodes and it was super bushy...very tight nodes.. maybe that's why it looks like it was massacred.
