    First Time Under the Sun.

Be careful with the fish emulsion if you are growing outdoors!! When I used it, that stuff attraced critters - Raccoons & oppossum. They proceeded to dig up several of my ladies. Those pests love fish and they can smell it a long way away. Good luck!

    Michigan outdoor grower question

I'm in MI and my plants started to show about Aug. 15th, give or take 3 days. No idea when to harvest Blueberry, but most varieties are ready 8-12 weeks from the time the plants begin to flower. After several years of outdoor growing, I usually take mine down between Oct. 21 and Nov. 7...

I leave my plants out with temps down to 27F. Have for several years now. No problems..Snow or ice can be a problem, but that 28-32F range seems to be ok, as long as its just the morning low temp and not an all day thing. Warming back to 50+ during the day helps keep them healthy. Your're ok to...

    Cold temps

I'm going to harvest Oct. 31-ish, depending on the rain fall forecast...its going to be 28F here this week and not too concerned. Mine are close to the Lake, so that does help moderate the temp somewhat...No worries about mornings around 30F and warming during the day....25F or lower and I take...

Cold temps can do this? Looks like sunspots

Dude - How close is your light to the plant? I start my plants indoors and finish outside. When my light is too close they start to look like that - brown and spotty. You may want to raise your light several inches. Chems look ok for flowering...
