Are you any good at DIY? For £400,I would rather build 2 small partitioned walls in the corner of the room,and a couple of vents through the ceiling. Plasterboard/MDF and 2x4's,and your half way there,cheaper,more effective,and if tidied up well,will look a lot better than some stupid tent sat...
