anyone, need help, got two autos a month old on 6" tall is this normal

it says red posion could be 4 feet tall if they are only two month plants is something wrong

i have two auto flowers one 6" tall red poison and one 3" tall blue amnesia, they are a month old, 77 temp and 50% humidity, plenty of light, why are they so small, please help.
