Had an email(info@seaofseeds) from EM last week and he mentioned that RIU disabled his account and he's not sure why. Don't waste your time calling, you will never get an answer. SOS customer service rarely reply to emails as well.

I just receive my order for massive promo. What a disappointment. Order rocksters cheese, freebies suppose to be cheese#1, came bitro express. And I have more items missing. No one is replying email. And I am a repeat customer.
