It would pretty much be a ebb and flow/Dec system, the chiller would keep the res cool, and I would "flood" x amount of times a day, keeping the water level and temp pretty constant. But I've never ran a chiller so I'm not sure were it would be optimal in the system.

My advice would be to upgrade from soil to hydro. I use a 3x3x6 tent, 400w aircooled lowrider sun systems hood with two cfl supplements, with two 18 gal (only fill to 10gal), and scrog net. Anything more then 600 would be over kill for that space. I'm not sure what a good yeild is to you but I...

It depends on the strain really, if its small and bushy id fill it out a bit more, if its more "lanky" then now or one more bend under the net (one more square). It will, I have both tents in a room, the flower tent goes into the attic and outside, but my smaller veg and mom tent with cfls just blows into the room and even that get its pretty warm to where I close the floor vents once the flower tent turns on

Just spend the money on a cage fan rated at twice what you need and install a dimmer. It makes controlling temp a lot easier, it comes in real handy if you have to deal with dramatic season changes. and if you ever decided to upgrade at least you'll alreasy have the fan power. Just "personal"...
