Hey I was wondering if anyone knows why my healthy plant just got small dark spots all over some of the bottom leaves. The same leaves have also turned a bit yellow. I havent changed anything I've been doing. Could it be rootbound?

yeah I had foil on my wall, some guy said in my journal that it causes heat spots, and white paint or something white is much better.

How do you get them to grow so nicely vertical?

thanks for the help, so maybe if I made it like 4 plants instead, would that be enough light or does it not really matter how many plants are under it? edit: Also, will the buds be poor quality if flowered under that setup? I live in Northern Cali so judge it by that standard. :)
