Theuve been growing for awhile now,should i top them?

So after a bad storm the night before i go out to check my babies and the pot is tipped over and my plant is curved up to fave the sun, is there any way it will come bakc up? I set my pot upright again hoping the sun will make it go straight back out

So about a week ago i posted a problem about my baby drooping down. Well they told me to stop watering it so much and i did and this is the outcome... please help (Yes i know animals have been eating on them but they are moved inside now)
