Your ladies look fine. If the plants lighten in color after the stretch it’s usually due to lack of available nitrogen for the plant and that can be fixed very easily. I’m no a masta growah but that’s just my experience.

Nematodes BTI Neem (meal and oil) Mulch Yellow sticky traps I use all of those and I find one or two gnats every so often on my yellow sticky traps. The biggest helper was using the nematodes twice in two weeks.

I decided not to purchase these lights. My fear is that they are not what is pictured and I’ll send them back with a restocking fee. I read the reviews.....this seller can’t even send the right kind of toilet paper to a home.
