Ok guys Im gonna try to do something with it. In the future, when Im gonna be doing next grow operation, how do I prepare my grow room after this bug problem and how can I prevent such things?

Hi everyone! I recently adopted few plants from a friend of mine. I made them a nice little area next to my actual growbox where I keep my autos. (btw this is my first grow operation :)) They are in poor condition. I didn't add any nutrients, only watered once and I don't know what type of soil...
