2 4 foot 40w fluorescent 5-6" away from the plant, fan blowing on the pot about 2 feet away. I have my thermostat sitting on the pop and its reading 78 degrees right now, fan is on high, door is open, lights on 24 hours at this point.

I realize the temperature will fluctuate up and down during the day but so far today I've seen it be anywhere from 73* to 80*. What are some things I can do to keep it to not fluctuate so much?

It's a foam that you squirt a few times then water after. Trying to upload a picture but I'm doing this from my phone so I'm not sure it will work.

I've seen many others do that and wasn't sure why and never heard an explanation of why they did that. I do have a clay pot around the same size i can replant in, but would it be safe to do it this early if I just put them into soil 2 days ago?

I may need another fan as it is almost 80 degrees in there. I have a small place in the floor where I could draw cooler air from the crawl space if need be.
