    Winter Photoperiods

I don't it will really matter all that much as a photoperiod will just flower after 3 weeks during winter anyway. But would be an interesting test to see what copes better. But if you interrupted the photo's darkness period with an hour or so of light then you could let it keep vegging over...

White widow x big bud. Coco and scrog. Regular updates

My WWxBB looks amazing. Vegged all my plants outside but Scotland gets pretty damp and windy around this time of year so brought them inside a few days ago. This is them about a week ago. And this is them now

    Share UK outdoor grow pics

Good day all. Just wanting the UK outdoor community to share their pictures, stories, thoughts and ideas. I currently have 3 autos on and a few photoperiods on the go. I have my resilient WWxBB (bottom left) on again although I took her as a clone late on and the clone took a whole to establish...

Who's Got The Fostiest Buds? Let's See How Frosty A Bud Can Really Get?

Yeah last year got about 6 Oz. This year I've tried again but the wwxbb clone I've taken was looking poorly the last 2 months until recently it's started growing and gone a dark green colour like the rest. Ill try get a photo up later of this year's attempts.

What would that include? Also I've ordered stuff from the States before and been slapped with UK customs tax at almost the same price as the original item. Is there a way round that? I did however get my driver from mouser but that also has a UK site even though it was shipped from the US.

I know it's still quite a bit of money but check out the growmau5 vids on YouTube. He got me into diy and now I have some cobs running at 350mA. Actually had but the heatsinks I bought over exaggerated their thermal resistance so I have new heatsinks but I haven't got round to rebuilding it...

Big bud ma man. Honestly such a good plant. I love it. Outdoors in a cool climate I don't know if anything will do much better. I'll give it a go though.

I'll give Google a try. They are autos so can't clone them. Thanks. And also hard luck that you also had an infestation. Hope we stay insect free from now on.

White widow x big bud. Coco and scrog. Regular updates

Just sprayed it with a ornamental and herb pesticide. Everything we eat has pesticides and as along as I give it a good wash in 2 weeks it's should all be back to normal. The ones that survived have some nibbles on them but the 4 that are gone are almost completely gone. Munched the lot. I hope...

I know it's not related but just went to check on my 4 day old autos and 4 out of 7 of them have been munched. I'm so fucking annoyed. They are in the conservatory next to some vegetable seedlings and a few photoperiods and one other auto all around 3 weeks old. I went in this morning and opened...

100% success - Claim it. Nice, that's sounds like a good idea. I'll try build myself either an aero cloner or a dwc cloner too. I'm going to have to look into the stardawg, heard a few people talk about it.

I never even noticed the humidity being so low until a few weeks ago. Normally I don't use a humidity dome when cloning because I have an almost 100% success rate without it. I tried cloning a few wwxbb and a super lemon og about a month back before Flowering. For the three weeks nothing...

I count from when I flip. I always scope the trichomes before I chop so I don't rely purely on how many days they have flowered. I'd get the ph pen because the ph can change after nutrient and water uptake even if you do start at the correct ph. That's what you want; a smooth, good tasting...

I'm pretty sure it would start to hermy on you if you left it 12 weeks but I've never left any anywhere near that long in flower but I've heard that's what happens. That's a decent curing period you've got planned too.

White widow x big bud. Coco and scrog. Regular updates

My last wwxbb was in flower for 60 days and I'd say we cut it down a day or 2 early after looking at it under the scope. Mostly cloudy but a few more clear than there were Amber. 12 weeks seems insanely long. It's in no way a sativa.

Cheers I'll give that a try. I never even counted but it was ages. I broke my veg cfl light so just had them under a 12w led light for about 2 and a half months. They never grew at all at one point; just stuck in suspended animation at about 4 weeks of age. Put it under the cfl for about 8 weeks...

Looking good. How'd you manage to take photos without the dark lines? Do you have a digital ballast or something? I had to mess about with the white balance and aperture to get a semi decent photo. My plants are 3 weeks into flat now. The bottom left and top right quadrant are Wwxbb, top left...

What auto's are growers in the uk planning to grow this year

Still quite a long growing season. I have seeds coming in the post now so I won't have all mine planted until the end of the week. You should definitely get on it and find a sweet spot.
